Yes. Both apps support Google OAuth and Yahoo OAuth sign-in. You can also use email + password if you prefer.
Yes. Trainers can connect Google Calendar or Yahoo Calendar in Settings. Every session you schedule is automatically added as a calendar event. You can disconnect at any time.
Share your unique referral link with other trainers. When they sign up and subscribe, you both get 50% off your next paid month. No limit on referrals.
Yes. Seatable generates a QR code when you publish your event. Guests scan it and type their name — no account needed. Works on any phone.
Yes. Invite up to 2 co-hosts from the Co-hosts tab inside your event. Co-hosts can edit participants, manage seating, and publish the event.
Cancel any time from Account Settings → Manage Billing inside the app. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no questions asked.
All data is stored in AWS DynamoDB in the US-East-2 (Ohio) region with HTTPS encryption in transit. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
