Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products and services operated by Harigs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including Seatable and PureStrength Coach (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at support@justharigs.com and we will delete it promptly.

2. Description of Services

Seatable is an event seating management platform for creating and managing events, participant lists, and table layouts. PureStrength Coach is a platform for personal trainers to manage clients, schedule sessions, log workouts, and track progress. Both services optionally integrate with Google Calendar and Yahoo Calendar.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or their infrastructure.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Services without written permission.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the Refund Policy published within each application. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content associated with the Services are the property of Harigs LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of all data you input (events, guest lists, client records, session logs, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Services.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services optionally integrate with Google Calendar and Yahoo Calendar. See our Privacy Policy for a full disclosure of what calendar data is accessed and how it is used. By connecting a calendar integration you authorize us to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Services is solely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harigs LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or service interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harigs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@justharigs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Class Action Waiver: Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only — no class, consolidated, or representative actions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue a Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice in the application. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
